Low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions include the categories of mild dysplasia, respectively cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 1, and complementary, various descriptors indicating the presence of Human papilloma virus, such as koilocytotic atypia or condilomatous dysplasia.
